WikiLeaks Boss Threatened Extradition

Rifanews.The founder of the controversial WikiLeaks site Julian Assange, threatened extradited to Sweden, pascakeputusan British court.

Judge Howard Riddle at Belmarsh Magistrates Court in London said the allegations of rape and sexual harassment by two women against Assange anviolation of law . For this reason, the Swedish government issued a detention order and asked Britain to extradite Assange.

Assange lawyer, Mark Stephens said it would appeal. He repeatedly stated that his client would not receive a fair trial in Sweden and potential extradition to the United States (U.S.). U.S. has been made angry by WikiLeaks since released hundreds of thousands of documents confidential diplomatic communications.

Assange, continued the lawyer, has the option to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights. In the meantime, he must continue to grope koceknya and pay a ransom. And continue to wear an electronic bracelet that government can know its position. Stephens felt bracelets that violate human rights.

While Assange, still claimed he was innocent and criticized the condition that he must now live. "Why should I pay the ransom and arrested at home with an electronic bracelet, as I was not demanded by other countries and never become a fugitive?" said Assange upset.
